Problem Statement

What are we trying to solve in Polyblog?

Polyblog already had a version for internal use for the main project "Waiterio" but we need to enhance and improve it so we can launch it to the market.

The Goals

Business Goals

  1. Improve the user experience by developing a consistent landing page/ web app and setting up a design system for Polyblog.

  2. Increase views and develop the web app management system with the help of the developer

  3. Intuitively figure out the differences between user flow (Translator / Editor)

  4. Analysis of user behavior and depending on it make our priorities.

User Goals

  1. Design the landing page without being overwhelmed by the amount of content.

  2. Enable users to create a Multilingual blog easily.

  3. Develop an intuitive experience for the web app that achieves user goals.

Research

Findings

Concentrate on establishing a user-friendly management platform, allowing users to quickly set up their multilingual blog with minimal steps. Shun the inclusion of complex user flow for tasks such as addition, modification, and publication of material. Incorporate efficient filtering that can distinguish among supported languages.

Persona

We have two different types of Persona Editor and translator

User story for Translator

  1. Once he is logged in, the translator is going to see which articles he has to work on. He needs to see what action he needs to take and the status of his work.

  2. The translator wants to be able to see the articles he has to work on, when he does that, he wants to take a break and continue to do it Later. When he came back, he finished his work and asked for the creator to review it. Two hours later, the creator approves it and the translation is done.

User story for Editors:

To begin, the editor should log in to Polyblog. From there, they will be able to see the new article button to add the first article to his blog. In first,
