Project Overview
Users often face financial problems during the shipment process. Sellers cannot receive payment until the products are delivered and their quality is checked. This delay, from when the shipment starts until it arrives, can hurt clients' finances. Lockstep can help with this issue.
What issue are we facing now?
As previously explained, Lockstep is a sustainable trade finance service that lends money to merchants, so we need to create an intuitive and user-friendly presence for their product.
The Challenge
Create an MVP version of the mobile application for Lockstep to streamline the process of borrowing money from them.
Research & Discovery
Pre-Research
During this stage, I dug deep to discover and fix the problems with the "current user flow". Using techniques like storyboard and competitive analysis
Storyboard
Lockstep will lend the user (Bimbo $) at any point here, an interesting variable on the sustainability of shipment, duration of financing, and where along the financing chain (post-PO vs post-Invoice).

First we mapped out the process
Through pre-research, we identify the key features we might need to start with and some issues we needed to solve through the experience. So now we need to define and articulate the user flow.
