Story Of Ustudy
Ustudy is an educational platform that connects university and high school students with qualified tutors for online lessons. It is a place where Learners and educators can meet.
Problem Statement
What issue are we facing now?
Clients find that a lot of users didn't browse the website enough, leading to many dead clicks or frustrated clicks. Even with a good number of users, there isn't a corresponding result in revenue or retention rate.
Problem :
Users find it difficult to use the website, and it has a high bounce rate alongside low user engagement.
Goal
1. Identify friction points that users encounter while using the website.
2. Enhance the usability and accessibility of the new Ustudy website and mobile app. 3. Improve conversion rate, retention, and revenue.

Our target users are High school and colleges students in Saudi Arabia
